We’re a small, design-loving team with a passion for cozy, character-filled spaces. At Decovier, we curate table and wall lamps—plus a few decorative accents—that bring light and warmth into your home. Each piece is thoughtfully chosen, never mass-produced, and always meant to feel personal.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Every order ships free across Australia. No minimum spend, no hidden surprises—we just believe delivery should be simple and stress-free.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch. We’ll send you a tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves our hands so you can follow its journey right to your door.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship within Australia. Our focus is on making the local experience the best it can be. If we expand further, our community will be the first to know.
What is your return policy?
No worries if you change your mind—you have 60 days from delivery to return your items. Just email us at info@decovier.com, and we’ll walk you through the process step by step.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return has been received and approved, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a little extra time to appear on your statement.
Do you accept exchanges?
Yes, absolutely. If you’d like to swap an item for another, simply email info@decovier.com, and we’ll help you find the right fit.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are processed securely with SSL encryption for your peace of mind.
Is my personal and payment information safe?

What do I do if my order hasn’t arrived?
First, check the tracking link we emailed you when your order shipped. If it’s been more than 7 business days and you still haven’t received it, contact us at info@decovier.com and we’ll look into it immediately.
What happens if I receive a damaged product?
We’re so sorry if that happens. Please email us at info@decovier.com with a short description of the issue and, if possible, a photo. We’ll happily arrange a replacement or a full refund—whichever you prefer.
Can I update or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we may be able to change or cancel it. Reach out to us as quickly as possible after placing your order, and we’ll do our best to help.
